Did you know that the simple act of getting up off of the floor is a major mortality predictor?

The floor is where it all started for you. When you were a newborn, your first movement impulses began on a flat surface. Turning over, sitting up; all of these milestones were created by movements you performed, over and over, until you were able to accomplish your goal.

The ground is Ground Zero for your muscular structure. It’s the most organic place to create strength via resisting gravity.

The strength we created to be able to rise off of the floor is in our “health bank”; it still exists, and you can still access it.
